The Quonset hut, a prefabricated steel arch system, was chosen for its affordability, durability, fire resistance, efficiency, and minimalist aesthetic. Its 38x84-foot vaulted space includes a curving a feature wall creating a open carport, entry courtyard with rain garden, and a customizable interior with three bedroom, two and half bathrooms, a winder stair to a primary suite with private balcony, and a loft overlooking the double-height living area.

California Ranch

After the Palisades Fire, our single-story California Ranch, inspired by Case Study houses and Usonian principles, uses fire-resistant steel and metal panels for an affordable, adaptable home with a nature-focused layout. The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath design features an open kitchen-living area with skylight, hidden entry, and slab-on-grade foundation extending to a grid-patterned outdoor space, customizable for diverse sites and lifestyles.
