Goldstein Entertainment Complex

The Goldstein Entertainment Complex aka Club James or James Goldstein Club is a series of accessory structures adjacent to the famous John Lautner-designed Sheats-Goldstein Residence.  At over 10,000 square feet, it consists of a rooftop infinity tennis court, home offices, recreation room with fully equipped bar and dance facilities, movie screening room, dinning terrace, and lap pool.  Initially starting with a schematic design for the tennis court and a guest house by John Lautner's office, the project's current design by Nicholson Architects, continues to be overseen and updated by Conner & Perry.
